Wolf Den Yard Company LLC (“Wolf Den,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our customers and website visitors. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it may be used, and how payment information is handled.

- Name, email address, and telephone number
- Service and billing address
- Gate codes, access instructions, and property information

- Service history, transactions, account records, and communications
- Service photographs, notes, timestamps, and related service records
- Approximate service-location and route information used to perform and document services
- Customer portal or account activity
- Limited payment information provided to us by our payment processor
- Website, form, cookie, analytics, or technical information when applicable
How We Use Information
We may use customer information to provide quotes and establish service; schedule and route services; communicate about appointments, arrival, completion, weather, safety, billing, receipts, and account changes; process payments; maintain customer and service records; document property access, yard conditions, completed work, safety concerns, or service issues; respond to questions or customer-service concerns; improve our services and business operations; and comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Payment Information
Wolf Den uses third-party payment services to securely process customer payments. Wolf Den does not directly store full payment card numbers or card security codes. Our payment processor may provide Wolf Den with a secure payment token and limited information such as card type, expiration information, or the last digits of the payment method.
Customers should not send full card numbers or card security codes by ordinary email or text message. Payment information should be entered only through the approved payment page or customer portal.
When a customer provides a payment method and authorizes service, Wolf Den and its payment processor may charge the approved payment method for completed services and other charges specifically authorized under the Customer Agreement & Terms of Service.
Communications
Wolf Den may send service-related communications by email, text message, telephone, or customer portal. These communications may include quotes, enrollment information, appointment reminders, arrival and completion notifications, weather or schedule changes, billing information, receipts, safety notices, and account updates.
Customers may opt out of promotional communications. Opting out of marketing does not prevent Wolf Den from sending essential transactional, service, safety, billing, or account-related communications while an account remains active.
Service Records, Photographs, and Location Information
Wolf Den may maintain service notes, timestamps, route information, approximate service-location information, and photographs reasonably necessary to document access, property conditions, completed work, safety concerns, service issues, or quality.
We will generally avoid unnecessary photographs of people or the interior of a customer's home. Photographs or other images identifying a customer's property will not be used for advertising or promotional purposes without permission.
Sharing of Information
Wolf Den may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the business, including payment processors, customer-management and scheduling systems, accounting providers, communications providers, website providers, and other vendors supporting our operations.
We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect customers or Wolf Den, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal rights.
Data Security
Wolf Den uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures designed to protect customer information. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security, but we limit collection and access to information reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes.
Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect legitimate business interests.
Customer Information
Customers should keep their contact, service, access, and account information current. Customers may contact Wolf Den to request reasonable corrections to their information or ask questions about how their information is handled.
Third-Party Services
Wolf Den's website, customer portal, payment processing, scheduling, accounting, and communications may rely on third-party service providers. Those providers may process information according to their own privacy and security practices in addition to their obligations to Wolf Den.
Changes to This Policy
Wolf Den may update this Privacy & Payment Information Policy as business practices, services, technology, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably appropriate, and the effective date will be updated.
